Stratford City
Planning permission has been granted for a 42-storey hotel and residential tower in Stratford City, E20.
The SOM designed scheme proposes 248 high-rise apartments above a circa 150 bedroom hotel. The development is scheduled for completion in 2016.
This luxury scheme, which has the backing of Olympic planners, is in the heart of the new Stratford City next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
