Grade I Listed | Residential

Manhattan Loft Corporation created 67 stunning apartments on the top floors of the Grade I listed St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in the heart of London. The former Victorian servant accommodation has been transformed into generous, modern loft space full of character and authenticity.

The second and third floors are conversions of the original staterooms with period details retained and refurbished. The fourth, fifth and sixth floors are duplex and triplex apartments, with areas of double height space and a more contemporary finish.

All 67 apartments were sold off-plan in 2005 for record prices in the area and have since doubled in value. This ambitious, high-profile redevelopment in Kings Cross has served as the catalyst for one of London’s largest regeneration projects.
