Manhattan Loft Corporation created 67 stunning apartments in the heart of London, full of character and authenticity on the top floors of the Grade I listed St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.
The second and third floors are conversions of the original staterooms with period details retained and refurbished. The fourth, fifth and sixth floors are duplex and triplex apartments, with areas of double height space and a more contemporary finish.
This prestigious and high profile redevelopment in Kings Cross was a key part of one of London’s largest regeneration projects.
The apartments were completed in 2009 and nearly all were sold off-plan prior to completion.
