Notting Hill Lofts

Notting Hill, London

Residential

Location: Notting Hill, W11

Year: 2002-2003

Type: Residential

Size: 11 apartments

Notting Hill Lofts saw a disused Victorian church transformed into one of the most desirable residential addresses in West London’s famous cultural district. Located on the corner of Ledbury Road and Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill Lofts was MLC’s first church conversion.

The development struck a delicate balance of radical regeneration and elegant restoration – constructing two new floors while actively assimilating many of the original features and retaining the 19th century façade.

The new development secured the long-term future of a historic local landmark, containing retail space and a refurbished community centre below 11 private loft apartments, all of which were sold off-plan before completion.
