Home to the National Australia Bank since 1920, Manhattan Loft Corporation collaborated with Ridgeford Properties to sympathetically refurbish this historic building in the Bank conservation area of the City of London.
Situated in a narrow street opposite the Bank of England, the redevelopment extended the building vertically and horizontally to create 29,000 sq ft of modern office space behind a prominent Portland stone exterior.
Pringle Richards Sharratt Architects seamlessly maintained the integrity of the original Greek Doric façade while creating a state-of-the-art interior, infusing Greek revival features with their signature lightweight, modern approach.
